@tradingview I lost my funded trading account due to a chart/data delay and lag that caused my trades not to close in time. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. Both @fnfutures and @tradovate said the issue came from the TradingView interface.

On Sept 19, I faced order fill issues and delays with @tradovate and dashboard issues with @fnfutures. Reported and asked if trades could be flattened to prevent it.

I remain hopeful @fnfutures will review my case fairly and restore confidence for traders who put in the work to earn their profits.

I value the opportunity to work with @fnfutures , but this experience has been devastating:
Dashboard issue blocked payout for 5 days
Then random auto-fills & delayed trade closures wiped out ~$4K profit
10+ agents later, still no resolution
Traders deserve better. #trading

I’ve faced two issues with my @FundedNext Futures account:
1️⃣ Dashboard combining two trading days into one.
2️⃣ Random @Tradovate order fills causing a ~$3,150 loss.

@fnfutures @Tradovate @Tradovate random trades were executed on my account(on the 19th)without my action, some even delayed closing, costing ~$3,150. Now @FundedNext wants proof from @tradingview , but I can’t contact them without a subscription.

@Cryptomaniac973 @EASFCDirect Had issue with controller not working on rivals. Fixed it by not touching kbm at all as soon as game started to launch.
