Dazu ein freundlicher Hinweis vom Finanzamt: "Rückfragen zu den gemeldeten Krypto-Transaktionen." Fünfstellig. Für ein Jahr, in dem ich jeden Tag gearbeitet hab. Recherchiert. Analysiert. Risiko getragen. Und am Ende stand da eine Zahl, die sich angefühlt hat wie eine Strafe. 480 Euro. Das ist weniger als meine Hamburger Monatsmiete war. Ein Flug nach Hause zu Weihnachten kostet mehr. Viele von euch zahlen das jeden Monat an Krankenversicherung. Lass dir das auf der Zunge zergehen: Fünfstellige Nachzahlung in Deutschland — 480 Euro in Thailand. Für die gleiche Arbeit. Die gleichen Trades. Die gleichen Stunden vor dem Bildschirm. Der einzige Unterschied ist, wo du sitzt. In Deutschland zahlst du auf Krypto-Gewinne unter einem Jahr Haltefrist bis zu 42% Einkommensteuer. Dazu 5,5% Solidaritätszuschlag. Dazu Kirchensteuer, falls du nicht ausgetreten bist. Dann brauchst du einen Steuerberater — 3.000 bis 5.000 Euro im Jahr, weil die deutsche Krypto-Besteuerung so absurd kompliziert ist, dass Finanzbeamte sie teilweise selbst nicht verstehen. Tracking-Software obendrauf. Elster-Formulare. Vorauszahlungen, die auf Schätzungen basieren. Einsprüche, die Monate dauern. 200.000 Euro Gewinn — in einem Bullenmarkt nicht unrealistisch — heißt in Deutschland: 80.000 bis 97.000 Euro ans Finanzamt. Plus Steuerberater. Plus Software. Plus deine Nerven. In Thailand: 480 Euro. Ein PDF. Eine Überweisung. Keine Rückfragen. Die wollten nicht mal Nachweise sehen - Steuerberater fragt: "Wie viel verdienst du?" und das hat gereicht. Vor einem Jahr bin ich aus Deutschland ausgewandert. Ein Koffer, ein One-Way-Ticket nach Bangkok. Und ich lüge nicht — die ersten Monate waren brutal. Neues Land. Sprache, die du nicht verstehst. Alte Freunde verstehen nicht, warum du das gemacht hast. Wenn du nachts krank wirst, googelst du "best hospital Bangkok". Das ist real. Das gehört dazu. Und jeder, der dir was anderes erzählt, verkauft dir einen Kurs. Aber ich sag dir auch, was real ist. In Deutschland hat mich das System nicht als Unternehmer behandelt. Es hat mich behandelt wie jemanden, dem man misstraut. 42% auf das, was du dir erarbeitet hast. Vorauszahlungen auf Gewinne, die du noch nicht gemacht hast. Betriebsprüfung, weil dein Geschäftsmodell "ungewöhnlich" ist. Hier zahle ich 480 Euro, und der Staat lässt mich bauen. Ich bekomme jede Woche DMs von Unternehmern, Selbstständigen, Freelancern. Die gleiche Wut. Die gleichen Bescheide auf dem Tisch. Die gleiche Frage: Lohnt sich das? Fünfstellige Nachzahlung in Deutschland. 480 Euro in Thailand. Ein Jahr Bangkok. Die beste Entscheidung meines Lebens hatte nichts mit einem Trade zu tun. Es war ein One-Way-Ticket.
