Announcing the Solana AI Hackathon by SendAI Results 🥁 –– 15 days. –– 400+ projects. –– 21 winners. –– $275k+ in prizes. Here are the podium prizes and honorable mentions 🧵

👋 I have been summoned! Numerous advantages, but they only make sense when compared to the alternative paths. Background: 1. @scryptedinc is a Delaware C-Corp operating in an environment of extremely undefined & confusing regulatory requirements for launching crypto-related projects. Traditionally, the legally safest thing to do was either a) nothing at all/don’t try to build, b) launch overseas, c) decentralize over time into a foundation structure and make sure the parent corp has zero control over the decentralized project. (this may change with the new incoming administration in the U.S.) 2. As you rightly point out, we are all doxxed devs with reputations in AI & the gaming industry. 3. We’re building an L1 for AI Agents and AVS (Autonomously Verifiable Services) called Inori. But that’s far out. It takes time. We wanted to go-to-market in the here and now and build ai agents & gaming experiences. That way Inori isn’t a blind launch with no users: we build the userbase and community as we go. 4. The recommended method for accomplishing #3 was aligning incentives with tokenization, but for regulatory compliance just… making it a non-tradeable reward token, like a marker. 5. $AVB, on the other hand, wasn’t started by us, we don’t own any, but the token became so well distributed (organically, in our opinion), that us adopting it for our go-to-market purposes in the here and now make total sense. Again, because it’s based on our vision (literally one of my blog articles), and has an incredibly strong CTO team we’re supporting. We have a pact to act in good faith with each other. The 🫘s are one of the most honest and forward looking groups, because really there’s no one holding a giant bag over everyone elses’ heads. 6. That also allows us to create a direct connection for use by our agents and games with a unified currency, and that’s awesome. It also lets us set up an airdrop of Inori to the loyal AVB community in the future (regulatory environment permitting), which is also awesome. 7. The $AVB community is incentivized to make not just their coin succeed, but us as well: it’s the same flywheel that powers other great aligned communities where they’re contributing content, marketing, and even code (we’re paying one or two members on contract) to help out. We do the reverse because it’s in the group best interest. 8. Because $AVB is tradeable it basically represents the market sentiment for what we’re building. It also lets our agents prioritize it for utility. 9. It also allows us to go cross-chain with utility; started on Solana but we can wormhole or abstract to other chains for partner agent launches (without diluting). 10. Summary: as long as both parties act honestly it’s a huge net win, hence why we align. The CTO has proven again and again they believe in the long-term, and what better community could you ask for? $AVB will continue to exist and be supported by us even after Inori launches because it neatly solves for branding our style of agent interactivity between existing chains. Meanwhile, Inori will become a layer where you can deploy AI Agents with the same unstoppable nature of a Bitcoin transaction.

Great communication on $AVB @CottenIO showing what a goated & honest founder looks like (rare in this space, sadly) Honoring every promise to the community and continuing to embrace the AVB token despite not holding any personally or via the company (yet) This approach is a great template that should be emulated going forward
