If you get all angry and depressed when you lose a trade - you're not in the right industry. - Unrealised PnL is just a number on your screen. Its not a loss, and not a profit. So treat it as is. Don't get panicked when you are down, and don't get euphoric when you are up. - Never borrow conviction, always do your own research. If you didn't like something in the first place yourself, do not buy no matter who shared it. This will help you cope better on red days and you won't panic sell. - Understand your goals. Actions without goals are insignificant. If your goal is a quick 10X, and you get it - don't be afraid to TP. If your goal is a 100X, learn to hodl thru the corrections no matter what the FUD says about your 'conviction' - Its a die-hard PvP game, people fud charts to get better entries, people fud charts where they miss good entries. A lot of people were shorting ASTER yesterday saying, everything that goes up comes down. Now, they are the ones, down. - For you, the focus should be yourself. Make plans, learn skills, and execute for YOURSELF. I'm not making any profits when you TP, neither am I taking a loss. Do not depend on me, my bullposting, my thesis. You must understand and find the conviction for YOURSELF. - Figure out if you are a trader or an investor, because if you try doing both - you risk selling a good play earlier and you risk holding a trade for too long only to end up roundtripping. To be both, you need SKILLS, and these skills come with time. - Lastly, but the most important. No matter how good a play is, how good your conviction on it is - never ever borrow money or take a loan to ape into memes or altcoins. 99% of the times, things won't happen the way you think they would. - Risk management is key. If you don't do this right - you can't sleep at night. With that being said, I have solid conviction on $BITTY, $XBT, $Kuusou and many others. But never borrow conviction and find what plays you like more, you can believe more. If green candles are what brings conviction to you - you have already become exit liquidity.
