We have just signed another unicorn! At @cryptorsyio, it's already been 5th for the last year or so. Here's a couple of lessons I learned from signing 10-fig companies: - it takes time, sometimes a LOT of time (25+ touchpoints on average) - quality beats volume, so don't try to half-ass it - if done right... margins are 2-3x bigger - this collaboration becomes your biggest marketing asset, clients flowing non-stop - usually 80% of SOPs don't work here, you gotta personalize nearly everything ... and also, signing new clients is 100x easier (they are sold looking at your cases) Honestly, it feels so great. Never thought we could make it this far so fast. Life is just an absolute cinema... and hard grind pays off 10/10. @okx, welcome to the family. Happy to scale you to the next level! AI is in serious, serious trouble. There are 8 billion people on planet Earth. Half of them don't have internet access. That leaves 4 billion online. 1.5 billion are boomers who still call IT support to open a PDF. So only 2.5 billion working-age people with internet are left. Of which, 60% have never opened ChatGPT once. That leaves 1 billion total addressable market. 80% of them only use it to write breakup texts and birthday wishes. That leaves 200 million using it for "work." 4 out of 5 are too scared it'll take their job to actually learn it. That leaves 40 million curious enough to try. It is known that 87.5% use it once a month to ask what the weather is. That leaves 5 million actual users. 4,999,998 tried it once, got a weird answer, and gave up. That leaves just 2 people who actually know how to use AI. You and me. I'm already all-in.
