Saw CCTV of @ChudTheBuilder walking away from Josh Fox before Josh Fox walked up to Chud and attacked him. Also Josh Black presumably said “I’m gonna kill you” while having a PTSD episode judging from what the defense said. Video with audio from the livestream was not admitted and not looked at by investigators for whatever reason.
