Here's the entire model: 1) The niche is tree services in Charlotte. High ticket, no private equity, and after-hours emergencies where the first person to answer wins the job. 2) The offer: a built and hosted website, an AI-powered speed-to-quote form, and a Google Business Profile cleanup. $500 flat. 3) The website IS the lead magnet. We build it first, give it away free, and charge $500 to install and host it. 4) Five agents inside @hyperagentapp run everything. Prospector, Opener, Sitesmith, Fulfiller, and an Account Manager upsell. 5) The Prospector dispatched 8 subagents, scraped 494 businesses, and verified 98 real leads. Done in 30 minutes. 6) The competition is a joke. The first five "websites" on my list: a blank page, a 404, two dead links, and a redirect to a crypto gaming site. 7) First-touch texts: under 160 characters, no links, no emojis, no mention of AI. "Hey, do y'all still do tree removal in Charlotte? Found you on Google. Corey." 8) The agent wrote "y'all" on its own. Sounding like a neighbor, not a company, is the whole reply-rate game. 9) 60 minutes a day covers 25-50 outreach attempts. Outreach is the only work that actually makes money. 10) All 5 agents get given away free in episode 4, plus $1,000 in free Hyperagent credits at the link in the YouTube subscription. Enough to run my entire lead scrape 6 times over. Two things that I'm looking to accomplish here: 1) Strip away every advantage and prove the model still works. If it works with no audience and one hour a day, nobody has an excuse left. 2) Give away the finished deliverable, not a pitch. An owner looking at their own new website doesn't need convincing. Je met l'URL de la bibliotèque et ca me donne des javascripts que j'ai juste a copier coller pour envoyer instant avec remplissage des formulaires automatique. Pareil pour Shopify mais c'est bcp plus dur a faire passer alors que pour Meta ca passe a 100%. - Le pipeline créa complet : le brief part en prompts, les images sortent (gpt image 2 via api kie), chaque image est auditée et chacune repart avec son ad copy long-form (si c'est une native) prête pour l'upload. Celles qui fonctionnent le mieux c'est quand le brief est fait par un humain de base meme si la data a l'input est vraiment bonne. - Vidéos voix off et cartoon de A à Z : Genere les hooks via l'API de kie, pioche les brolls les plus pertinants dans les dossiers deja tous pre-decoupees (ou les genere si c'est full cartoon), genere la voix off, la musique, les sous titres et fait le montage complet automatiquement. - Mes calls sont enregistrés sur Fathom. Chaque matin l'IA récupère les transcripts, les résume en connaissant mon business et me sort les action items. - Un health check profit tous les lundis : les ads/campagnes qui détruisent potentiellement du profit (basé sur le ROAS Triple Whale, le NCROAS, attribution 14j), sans tomber dans le piège de couper trop tôt + calcul du profit par campagne selon les pays (par exemple il y a de la vat et shipping differents aux UK vs aux US) + j'ai un dashboard en mode saas utilisable avec toute la data mise a jour auto. - Le dossier brain avec toutes mes connaissances que j'utilise sur toutes mes conversations Claude Code : mes marques, mes marges, mes règles, ma façon de bosser, formations, comment je fais mes creatives etc.. C'est 90% du résultat, c'est la base de tout pour tout faire et avoir les meilleurs output possibles, j'ai déjà fait un thread complet dessus. - Un audit complet Klaviyo tous les mois, campagnes et Flow compris. - Tout mes avis + post purchase survey analysés pour en sortir les objections et les hooks qui reviennent. Quand j'itère sur un winner, les angles sortent de cette data, pas de l'imagination du modèle (et aussi de reddit et commentaires sur toutes les ads meta). Et les chantiers que je n'aurais jamais faits à la main : l'audit de facturation de mon agent sur 10 mois ligne par ligne, la traduction complète de mon site, ads images et videos dans une deuxième langue, une migration de pixel avec près de 1000 ads recréées car totalement supprimees de meta etc..
