@imkasino_ I stopped using them, now I have DaVinci Resolve Studio, use Audacity for audio, and pay monthly for CSP. There's nothing Adobe offers that's worth the hassle for me anymore 🤷🏻♀️

canceling mine was a 2 hour phone call with a guy and it ended with
"okay we'll waive the fee"
the fee was like $50 CAD but why am i paying to cancel???

I've always edited my videos myself, so the entire start-to-finish video process is basically synchronous and time inefficient.
That also limits the kinds of videos I can make.
