The sad reality of getting mixed up with the wrong people in Mexico. Very sad. Recently a video has been making the rounds on social media and it again shows the dangers of getting involved with the wrong people in Mexico, whether on purpose or by accident. The video shows a boy not much over the age of 15 and he details that he is from the Mexican state of Durango. He was approached by a female friend on behalf of a group who were looking for people to tend to cattle. He states when he arrived it ended up being a ruse and that he was told he would be fighting on behalf of a criminal group. This part of the interrogation he details how much he was promised and sends a goodbye and a message to his mother and brother/sister warning them about the dangers of the life. TRANSLATION- Sicario #1: How much did they promise to pay you guys? Captive: Twenty grand a month. Sicario #3: Twenty grand a month?. Captive: Yes. Sicario #3: How surprising. You’re going to lose your life for twenty grand a month. Do you realize how fucking stupid you are? Go ahead and remind your brother to get out of this lifestyle. Captive: Mom, let my brother know that he needs to get out of this lifestyle. I love you a lot. Take care of yourself and my sister. Sicario #5: Say goodbye.
