Current activities include planting melliferous species, preparing planting pits on sloped land, and engaging local communities in sustainable beekeeping practices. These efforts aim to improve honey production, create economic opportunities, and support biodiversity conservation

In Kithava village, Lubero Territory (North Kivu, DRC), a new initiative is strengthening community livelihoods through sustainable apiculture.
