@Sthries This is the first time I’ve legit tracked calories and macros. Just readjusted my caloric deficit this week after dropping 9 lbs in the first 6 weeks. Shits crazy when you actually follow it. If I can get back to 230 again, I’ll look like a unit too. 😂😂
