@discord_support My account was literally banned because I was in a group to collect stickers, but someone sent gore and I got banned?? (I had no involvement whatsoever; if any human looks, they'll notice.) This is so unfair, it irritates me that we only have dumb artificial intelligences.

If someone on your friends list sends you a random link or file out of nowhere: - Don't immediately click it - If something doesn't feel right, right-click (long press on mobile) → "Report Message" - Think their account is compromised? Eu amo que o o suporte do Discord não ajuda praticamente ninguém. Tipo eu, fui suspensa por tipo, um bom tempo de forma injusta e eles falaram que deram uma "OLHADA" entre muitas aspas e não vão retirar nada??não faço no intuito de viralizar, mas sim expressar minha descrença.

@TheOneCrystie Did you enable SMS Authentication before losing access to your account? If so, try: -Open an incognito browser window -Log into Discord - discord.com/login -Press the "Receive auth code from SMS" option located below -Type in the 6-digit code to log into your account

@LosMY4819 Apologies for the delay in response here. To clarify, did you respond to the reply on your ticket? The initial response may have been from Clyde, but he will forward your ticket to the appropriate team once you send him a reply.

@discord My account was compromised and I’m locked out due to MFA even though I can verify via email and SMS. Support keeps sending automated replies that don’t solve anything. Is there any way to get actual human support?
