@Isot_111 i just got a -30 loss as a diamond 3 who peaked at imm 3. i think my last win was for +12-14. It’s so unforgiving that I had to basically quit this game. it thinks i should be in a higher rank but unless I win 75%+ I wont rank up… so bad

Rant: Riot needs to fix their MMR system. I played the worst Valorant of my life this act and still somehow hit radiant and I know I didn't deserve it. If you hit radiant one act it's near impossible to lose it if you play enough games but when you are grinding to a rank you haven't hit riot, Riot gives +12 -25 gains. It's too forgiving to higher ranks and too punishing for players that are too good for their elo.

Released from SoaR. My time with SoaR has come to an end. At one point, I put everything I could into this organization and truly loved the people surrounding it, but here's the harsh reality of how I was treated. Today, I was released via Twitter DM after almost 2.5 years with them. You would think there would be some type of verbal communication and maybe even a warning, but nothing—just a DM. From not being paid as a CC, to never being in activations, to being threatened with being dropped from the team after winning Twitch Rivals with 100T merch on, and so many other broken promises, to say the least, it was definitely not a good run. There were definitely good people, from Dazs to some of the guys on the CC team, but besides that, from a business standpoint, I truly felt left out of everything. Whenever I wanted to go out of my way to represent the brand, I couldn't even get my hands on merch. I'm pretty sure some paid out of pocket for their merch while being on the team. Granted, communication is a two-way street. This was an organization that promised me a family and so much more, yet honestly never followed through with their agreed-upon commitments. To wrap this up, I will obviously continue with content creation. I would love to find the right organization one day and will continue to wish the best for those who have decided to stay. No hate toward the people behind the scenes; I'm just sharing what my experience was. ✌️🏽🖤
