@Vignetocomm I guess I meant, not ONLY for the label. But those eye-catching ones are certainly doing something right. #ItalianFWT

@Culinary_Cam @LemieuxAndrea I think I‘d prefer it before or after a meal, but if with a meal it might go best with something spicy: chili con carne, goat or beef curry, something along those lines. #italianfwt

A5 - I poured a (sparkling) Brachetto. I’ve got a few Piemontese wines around but my love of bubbles trumped everything else this time, lol #ItalianFWT

When I saw my wine was mostly Picotendro/Nebbiolo the importer had suggested a mushroom soup pairing so I went with it. bit.ly/46RZv1c #ItalianFWT

A6 - I went against the common sweet pairing suggestions for Brachetto and instead did a pulled oxtail bbq. So yum! #ItalianFWT

Driving through the valley of Aosta I was in awe of the steep slopes. Lot of hard work tending to those vines! #ItalianFWT

Last fall I picked up this bottle since I rarely see bottles from the Valle d'Aosta so I'm always intrigued. It's a red blend with 70% Picotendro and 30% other local grapes from the coop La Kiuva. bit.ly/46RZv1c #ItalianFWT
