Retraction Video on @getgrass_io A longform video explaining things will be out tomorrow. I chatted with @0xdrej for an hour, and I feel it is safe. For those that want a quick bit of history. There was someone that did a video on this saying the code had cursed chrome, which is known malware. The was reported to me, with lots of screenshots and links. And I could see a comment in the code saying it had this. I did some research, and sent a researcher into discord to ask questions. The responses to the researched asking were FUD and insanely unprofessional from the community and not insightful from the mod team. The community, I get, but the mod team should be on top of these things far better. My expectation is it would be announced in discord and twitter with the needed info to set the record straight. I went to sleep, and checked the next day for announcements. There was nothing, so I added this as a precaution. My thought process is simple. SBF was doxxed. Slope Wallet were too. As was Celsius, and BlockFi, 3 Arrows, and more. And they all ruined millions of lives. I thought it was not a risk... but you have to be overly cautious, hence why I tell people to run these things on a different PC. But, maybe 5% or less would. Anyway, I am satisfied, and would run this on my own (non web 3) PC, again. Tomorrow I will have a video showing how to test things for transparency. Appreciate Andrej reaching out.
