@virginmedia the controller on the left IS NOT an upgrade to the controller on the right. Quite often doesn't turn the box on, and to get rid of the cancel button, and the quick forward buttons is seriously annoying. What a waste of time ordering that! Back to the original it is.

@virginmedia possibly THE WORST customer service experience and support EVER. had two confirmations in two weeks of a renewal, still showing 'renew' on my account and got told I'm not in contract when chasing a new router that hasn't come on the date you said it would. Just crap
