This male collie dog has turned up at Craig's Parish Church Rectory. Does anyone know who he is? He's not chipped but proof of ownership is needed.

@LorraineMarks @mea_bc @deptinfra Lorraine was reported to department of infrastructure street lighting on 23rd December 2021 but only back on 30th December no idea why off but we will be asking questions.
