Last Post. This twitter handle was set up during Culver's Stellar bid to promote Culver & has been maintained for the same reason. Due to complaints to the Town Clerk that posts have become too political, it will no longer be posting. Such is life in the divided times we live in.

At the @ABC_IN_KY State board meeting (2025 Leadership pictured). Easterday Construction has been an ABC member for over 40 years and had representation on the board for almost 30 yrs. Great organization. Great people.

Town Manager, Kevin Danti, made the presentation on the Dunes and a public hearing was set for next month's CRC meeting.

Culver Redevelopment Commission met this evening. Ginny Munroe was remote & Marty Oosterbaan was absent. They heard updates on 2 new facade grants (Passed). They heard a report on Winterfest (successful). They heard info on expansion of the Dunes & the Main Street reno project.

The Plan Commission considered sending the ordinance for adoption by the Town Council. Some additional restrictions were added before sending a recommendation for adoption to the Town Council. The vote was 6 ayes, 1 nay & 1 abstained for sending a recommendation to adopt it 2/2

There was a large turn out at the Plan Commission this evening for public hearing on the new solar ordinance. All those that spoke were in favor of solar restrictions. There was a solar committee that prepared the ordinance considered tonight. 1/2
