Lots of focus by crew put on completing the customer survey at the end of a cruise with @cunardline but was never actually given it! Is this something that is emailed afterwards?
@cunardline please can you clarify the drinks package please? £784 PER STATEROOM when booking. Does this cover both guests or does each one need to buy this. If so that's is very expensive for 7 days.

I was quite shocked that 3 different cruise enquiries didn't even merit any chat from your sales person. No discussion about any of the cruises, just 3 prices given, no discussion.
Incredibly disappointing
@cunardline disappointing service from sales office onboard the QV recently.
Enquired about 3 cruises, totalling £71k.Your sales person did not once mention the cruises,the itineraries,etc.
Not a word.
In 10 minutes flat she was finished. Definitely not sales in my opinion!!
