@ScotRail a very poor show charging a £5 admin fee and asking for tickets to be returned via Royal Mail signed for, in order to claim a refund for a train journey which was cancelled. I understand the cancellation was not your fault, however 🤷🏼‍♂️

@lestrangeldn extremely disappointed that you didn’t even take the time to respond to my email about my delivery. Sending a pair of trousers from London to Central Scotland took seven days! It could have been delivered sooner if you had given it to a man on a pushbike!

@AmexUK Called today out of courtesy to report the Bank of Scotland outage and that it may affect my payment which was successfully made the same day when service was resumed. Was informed that just my call would have a negative effect on my 30 year perfect payment record.

@marksandspencer Now that you are apparently using EVRI (the @Ryanair of delivery companies!) as your courier of choice, then clearly you are continuing your race to the bottom. My order delivered 5 days late and to the wrong address at 19:30!

@majestic_cannes when the 5 star luxury hotel you have booked for a very special stay fails to mention the techno DJ festival right outside your room going in each night until 02:30 with the biggest sound rig you have ever seen! 😡

@British_Airways another delayed flight from Edinburgh today. This is a genuine question- why can easyJet seem to get flights off on time yet you can’t?

@MO_BARCELONA first time staying in a Mandarin Oriental and it most certainly won’t be the last. Exceeded all expectations. Beautiful hotel, outstanding staff and incredible food. Moving our next London stay now to MO after this wonderful experience. Thank you 🙏🏻
