I get why people want popular va’s not to audition to give everybody a chance but like…it’s kinda their thing? You don’t ask a cleaner you’ve had for years to stop working just so a new guy can do the same stuff. Everybody has a chance, even if it doesn’t feel like it.

This is a perfect example of how NOT to do a casting call. Public reactions to auditions should be disclosed ahead of time. They should be treated with more respect than listening to a few seconds and making fun of people. This is so unprofessional and mean spirited.
