Electricity unit rate at Rs. 13.65 and a per month bill for a small sharing room at Rs 5k per person. Cheery on the cake is irregular fellowship. This is nowhere feasible for scholars. @unescorcb @DBTIndia

@DBTIndia @unescorcb is charging its scholars 13.65 rupees per unit i.e. commercial rate. Is this fair to charge commercial rate electricity charges to students ? We are already paying our HRA that too for a sharing room. This is my electricity bill for July, per person.
