Hi there! We understand how important it is to get your deposit on time. The Federal Reserve’s ACH system — which processes most direct deposits — had experienced a temporary outage. Because of that, some deposits are delayed across many financial institutions and payment providers today.
We can confirm however, that this issue has been resolved. Your deposit will process automatically and you'll be notified via app once it's posted and received.

@current I would be weary baking with them I haven’t had problems at all I never filed a dispute but recently I did attempt to file a dispute because a merchant didn’t refund me my money as promised I put in a dispute and it was denied and I put in an appeal and that was denied.

Hi there! I understand it can be surprising to see your available Paycheck Advance amount change. Your available amount gets reviewed daily and adjusts based on multiple factors including your recent eligible payroll deposit history, account activity and other risk-based factors. Our Support team is not able to manually change your available Paycheck Advance amount, but you can check back in the app from time to time to see if your available amount has changed.
