this patch we have: -gamebreaking chase bug -gamebreaking streetwise bug that gives infinite charges -gamebreaking bloodrush bug that makes exhaustion go down while running -last stand bugged to make vaults faster -dc penalties bugged to randomly not apply -random metal beam
