The point still stands that OSU’s SOS ranked 20th, and SU’s ranked 72nd.

Syracuse played Ohio U, Holy Cross, and the ACC.
Ohio States SOS was 20th in the nation. Syracuse’s SOS was 72nd in the nation.

We might only have 12 hours to say this but it’s worth noting that Syracuse football and men’s basketball has NEVER lost to Texas. And the Orange beat Texas in both postseasons leading to their national championships in both sports.

I love how some Syracuse fans act like the current era of football/mbb is the worst they've seen. Yes beating Colgate by 2 isn't good, but you know what it's better than- losing by double digits to Colgate in back to back years

@kwallcuse I think we’re at a possible tipping point where we could be as irrelevant as Georgetown permanently. I don’t think Autry is a bad coach, but I also wonder if the program and the fan base needs a spark that he probably can’t provide.

@kwallcuse Yeah it’s an interesting situation. They’re better than they were a few years ago under boeheim. They took a step forward last year. But then most of the team left so does that really matter? I don’t know.
