@anna_anna @thameswater Absolutely awful. We had a leak outside our house, it started as a little amount of water bubbling up in the street. By the time they came to repair it 6 days later it was a 60cm pothole with water pouring into the street.

I realise that everyone knows it now, but @thameswater are the most incompetent and inefficient organisation ever. Currently billing us horrendous amounts for what they diagnosed as a leak - but say the leak is "under the threshold" for them to fix.
