Don’t ever book @FlyFrontier literally canceled my flight 3 hours before boarding. For my best friends maternity and engagement shoot AND it was supposed to be a surprise.

@FlyFrontier your flight crew was amazing tonight (F94206). I was more than happy to let the passengers with tight connecting flights go ahead as they politely requested. Heather had funny jokes on the PA too.

@DrAlmarielao @FlyFrontier I canceled my Discount Den this year because of this issue. It just got frustrating fighting about this.

@FlyFrontier so you can cancel a flight 3 months out, but continue to sell tickets for it? Can you explain the logic?

@FlyFrontier frontier is now being very fraudulent and don’t care about it’s customers. You know how much money they kept from folks. Maybe they refunded whites or blacks or their own. We are out of 1199.99

Dear @FlyFrontier when you make an adjustments to flights how is it okay to split up a family of three that paid for their flight seats?!? #frontier I am looking forward to hearing from you immediately. This type of service is unacceptable from a carrier.

@FlyFrontier is worse than any airlines ever flown, my flight was delayed 3 hours over something that was THEIR fault, missed my connection now they lost my bag with my whole life in it with only a $50 voucher I HATEEEEE YALLLL

I bought the Go Wild! Pass and flew @FlyFrontier to LGA this week. The Airbus 321 neo was new and clean. I normally don’t eat the free snacks on other low cost airlines and didn’t miss not getting them. I bought a coffee which tasted better than the free coffee on @Delta so that worked. The Go Wild! pass fares are hard to find and use (maybe another route has more availability), but with Discount Den membership the flight was half what the flight would have been on Delta. I can see myself using it again, and you earn status much faster than the legacy carriers. What has your experience been?

Well, @FlyFrontier is on day 3 of trying to find my suitcase! How can you loose a suitcase on a direct flight from Miami to Cincinnati? Do better!!!!! Don’t get me started!

@FlyFrontier explain it to me like in five why you would charge someone to bring their own carry on to store in the compartments that are already in your plane???

@FlyFrontier @Barry_biffle I totally realize I am a nobody from Lexington KY but I want my suitcase back! Gave it to your person in Miami and it was a no show in Cincinnati! Where did it go on a direct flight? And stop with the automated email that you are searching for it!
