@JohnLewisRetail Hi Lisa Thanks for getting back to me. Clicking through the "Track Your Parcel" now says it's due to be delivered on Tuesday, so I'll wait to see if it does and get back to you then if there's more delays.


@JohnLewisRetail trying to get help with an electrical item that has broken and is under guarantee. Have to deal with a chatbot that keeps saying it doesn’t understand !!! Do you not get how poor and infuriating this is for customers. Put a person on the line!!

@JohnLewisRetail such a decline in CX over recent years. Really difficult to be able to find someone to discuss with as well. The contact form is a blocker!

@JohnLewisRetail hi I’ve been trying to ring to explain one of the delivery drivers has left his jacket and car keys at our house. Sadly, the automated phone number and what’s app messages do not cater for this rather niche message!!! Is there a way I can contact him?

@JohnLewisRetail was at 2nd floor ladies loos at 1.10 pm Oxford street today. 5 out of order. 5! Seems someone checked at 11.21 am and signed them off. How? And why is someone pre signing the sheet? Not a good look JL. Carry on and u will soon become irrelevant.
