@SportsDirectUK Your website shows an image of an item but it was not the item sent. The product codes of the item are exactly the same as online. CM's have told me to send it back but can't confirm how I will be compensated if they send the same again?

@SportsDirectUK absolute disaster. I ordered something with you on the 12th of January. Update on the 15th of January to say it’s been delayed but heard nothing since. Opened up an enquiry with your customer service on 5th of February but silence. This is awful service.

@SportsDirectUK how do I log into my account, every time I try and log in it takes me to register for an account but I have an account. I need to log in so I can get my order number to see where Evri have delivered my parcel to as it’s not at my house
