Really tough post to write up but I wanted to get it out Closing a chapter today — OwnersBox Media is winding down. Over the last few months we have had some major changes across not only the media side of the business, but also the product/app side. 6 years building this business taught me more than I ever expected. We built OwnersBox & other channels from nothing, and we had an absolute blast doing it. I started it fresh out of school when I was 22 years old and didn't know a single thing about how to run a business. I moved to a small town in Canada to start it after living my entire life in the United States and I would never change that for the world. There are too many amazing memories & people that have helped build it over the years to mention. To our audience — you were the whole point. Thank you for showing up, engaging, being a part of our content, and making this community what it was. I have built so many friendships in the process of building this company on here that I will consider friends for life. You guys made coming work and building this worth it every day. To the team — genuinely couldn't have done any of it without you. Sura, Avery, John, the editing team, the graphics team, the ex-employees, everyone. Running a business really teaches you how to be unselfish in life, and through all the wins & hardships over the years, I always tried to do right by our team. I'm grateful for every moment and who knows what the future holds. When one door closes, another opens. With all this said, I will still be active on here engaging with all my "internet friends" (as my girlfriend calls them). Love you all ❤️
