I played youth football for almost ten years with a good friend of mine who would very often go up for a header like this and exactly with his hand/fist like this with the intention of trying to punch the ball away. More often than not he got away with it! Whilst in this instance I agree that it is u likely the fist could generate that level of momentum on the ball, it is completing an unnatural position for the hand to be for a header and it clearly looks like it touches the hand, which as before, is in a completely unnatural position!
