Norway's new Climate & Environmental Minister Mr. Ola Elvestuen got Norway's 2017 Hydrogen Award. Hydrogen infrastructure will now be backed by both the NOK 8000bn oil fund and in Norway by the NOK 20bn renewable fund. This improves the outlook for @nelhydrogen & @HexagonASA
