Today, on Holocaust Memorial Day 2026, join the nation in remembering the Holocaust at 8pm. Light a candle to #LightTheDarkness and place it safely in your window.

Today is Holocaust Memorial Day, marking over 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau. We remember the 6 million Jewish men, women and children murdered by the Nazis and their collaborators. As survivors grow fewer and antisemitism rises, today is more vital than ever.

This years’ theme is Bridging Generations.

This week, all of our S4, 5 and 6 pupils took part in our first Senior Study Skills Session. This was led by our S6 study leaders and looked at a range of study techniques from flashcards to spaced retrieval, as well as general revision and wellbeing tips. Happy studying!
