I’m more openly putting my name in the hat for VO directing. Since 2016 I’ve directed actors for live theater, audio dramas, demos and many of the games from my credits. I haven’t really talked about it because I feel like most people want me to just be their engineer I’m not talking about casting. I don’t and won’t have a roster. I just think 10 years is long enough and after being selected for a VO mentorship, It has me feeling it’s time. I’m aware of my personal styles and approaches and I’ll talk to your actors, engineers, devs and clients in a way everyone understands

@melissamedinavo As a kid, I wanted to do voices, but I was always told that job didn’t exist. My brother and I still made up our own radio shows where we’d play different characters and interview them. He found a recording a while back. Though it isn’t digital, knowing it exists is fun.

How do you decide early on in life that you want to be just one thing? A doctor, lawyer, actor, developer, whatever. As a kid I wanted to be the first Ballerina Pope Inventor with a criminal justice degree on my way to politics. 🤣

@CxeeFoxx No aquarium had previously documented raising warty frogfish through the full early life stages!!! WAHHHH 🐠 Successfully doing so helps scientists understand their development, diet, and environment! Which means good for our planet! HOORAY!

Happy news to brighten your Friday feed! I used to volunteer at Shedd Aquarium and they successfully raised a warty frogfish from the larvae stage. That’s a HUGE deal in the aquarium world. If you want me to nerd out about why… just say the word 😘
