@RishiJoeSanu I think india should follow the way of British india or JK. Distribute the capital into summer and winter. Summer capital can be in southern parts of the country (Vizag etc) and winter should be in Delhi. Would be much more balanced. @RishiJoeSanu

At the risk of feeding Hindutva ego, I'll grant that Indian Puranas are easily superior to Homeric epics. Mahabharata is probably the greatest literary work of the ancient world.
I don't trust Bollywood with their adaptation, however. The Ramayana movie trailer looked terrible.
