A quick note, A while back after @mangolassi93 first posted (I think in October) about Chand Parvathaneni's filing (and the approval of) H-1B petitions, I started taking a look at the Sim, Parvathaneni, and Brown law firm...Looking at the the listings for the firm/attorneys on the Texas Bar site, the web sites, and googling things.... It may be a "nothing burger" to look into this any further, who knows... I'm done with it though... Note, I had a bunch of notes and screenshots for all of this but since deleted all of it (I grabbed the attached screenshots from a DM I had sent), as I was working on looking up PPP loan info for ITServe Alliance companies then handed that off to someone else after 100 look-ups, I get too p*ssed off looking into this stuff, so at times I need to get back to making some humor with memes... Anyhow.... ✳️ I found out that Sim, Parvathaneni, and Brown all graduated from the Texas Wesleyan School of Law - and I believe it was the same year (same class)... ✳️ Some things look a bit odd on the Texas Bar site for each of the attorneys listing... ✳️ Timothy Brown is no longer with the "Sim, Parvathaneni, and Brown" firm - Or, may he never worked there, since it's not listed on is LinkedIn Profile. He now, or has only worked at "Olds & Brown Attorneys and Counselors at Law, PLLC". See the attached Screen shots. ✳️ I wonder why the "Sim, Parvathaneni, and Brown PLLC" firm still has him in the partner name and still has his profile picture and "Timothy Brown, Managing Member/Attorney" profile text still on their website, with Timothy Brown listing in his linkedIn profile that he's been at "Olds & Brown" since 2019. If you compare the Profile Text for Timothy (E.) Brown on the "Olds & Brown" website to the Profile Text on the "Sim Parvathaneni and Brown" site, it looks like someone copied and pasted it for that site (from the other) because it almost matches word for word but has variations and the very end of the text is cut short: ( spblawfirm.com/attorneys ) vs. ( oldsbrown.com/attorney-timot… ) *⃣ "Sim, Parvathaneni, and Brown PLLC" firm Attorney Profile page: spblawfirm.com/attorneys ✳️ Also, Jonathan Lee Stovall is no longer with the SPB firm but still listed on the SBL profile page. ✳️ On the Texas Bar site, Thomas Sim doesn't list himself as a partner at the "Sim, Parvathaneni, and Brown PLLC" firm... ✳️ On the Texas Bar site, for some of the attorneys the "Statutory Profile Last Certified On" not current, including Chand Parvathaneni's - according to Texas Bar rules, every members status must be up to date on the website, so I think for some of them they are out of compliance.
