My parents pushed college after HS, but I knew I wanted to enlist. The reason why I was a U.S. citizen is because my Dad was able to enlist in the Navy from the Philippines. I wanted to give back via #publicservice and the #USAF was my way to do that. Happy Veteran’s Day!

@Golgothus I agree. And I learned this the hard way as I dabbled in too many things, had an endless amount of browser tabs open, and wasn’t finishing anything.
Once I was specific with my goals, the “magic” started happening.

Even goes beyond time management, and into task / goal management.
The more distinct, direct, and separated your tasks are, the easier they should be to tackle and complete
Example:
"learn powershell"
Too broad.
Better example:
"read x book over powershell".

✅Simply adding the exact tasks I want to complete keeps me aligned with those tasks since my brain likes context switching tasks if there's no pre-commitment. And this context switch reduces the optimization of my focus. /4
