Bitfarms $BITF took just 3 trading days to raise about $850M in convertible notes — almost $1B.
Canaan $CAN announced its $270M ATM offering right after market close on Tuesday. That means today is officially day 1 since launch.
I’m expecting it to be closed in 2–3 days max, given the crazy retail demand and the social media hype around $CAN lately. The faster they close it, the stronger the institutional demand — and that would speak volumes about how much conviction big money has in Canaan becoming a real player in this space.
They’re already running close to 9 EH/s of mining power and expanding fast. This raise could be the fuel that takes them to the next level.

De neste to månedene blir spennende. Målet er å være ute av aksjen før midten av november.
