In my case in Spain FFS is considered cosmetic and no insurance covers it as far as I know

@tracheesecake On the flip side tho, F-HRT is mostly gel/patches. And you have to get your prescription by a doctor to get all the other trans care when DiY injections are better to get good levels but then it's not free anymore :/ (seriously, legalize injections gosh dang darnit !)

@tracheesecake In France, gender-affirming stuff are taken care of by the healthcare system. So FFS (but mostly not the nose), SRS, BA, laser hair removal and such are mostly free but it can depend on surgeons, some work in the private sector and so don't count as healthcare.
