@ChrisCowlin Most PL losses is 19 in the 93/94 season and finishing 15th. Ange could surpass that by the end of April with Forest, Liverpool and Wolves to come. We should win against Southampton but we did gift Leicester, Ipswich and Palace their first wins.

@HotspurLane @HimothyReports Reports according to who? Last we heard Tel and Gray had been told they were part of his plans... Until I hear a player is being sold I won't believe 'reports'

🚨 #THFC’s Archie Gray and Mathys Tel are NOT RATED by Roberto De Zerbi. 😬❌ However Gray is unlikely to leave but Tel could go depending on forward signings. @HimothyReports How would you feel about potentially losing Gray and Tel this summer? 🤷‍♂️

@SpursTalkShow Not sure what or who this is aimed at but I grew up in an era of Viv Anderson (first Black player to represent England) and Justin Fashanu (first £1 Million black player). Also Justin's awesome 'Goal of the Season' against Liverpool from 1980 deserves a viewing!

This winds me up on so many levels. Why bring race into this in any way? Everyone loves what Bellingham is doing. We see the leadership in how he interacts with team mates and his individual efforts on the pitch. He’s a phenom and I’ve seen no one even question that. Nailed on future England captain. No doubt. Why turn his superstar performance into a negative for no reason and when no one is asserting any thing of the sort. I love wrighty even as a spurs fan but this is dunutery.

@Daily_Hotspur He will be because imo RDZ likes him and suits his style of football. That's not to say I believe we don't need more depth and I would like to see another striker but I do think Lankshear could be an option from the bench. The way he moves and strikes the ball reminds me of Kane

@change4spurs Yes Levy withheld the purse strings to build a great stadium but his view of 'speculate to accumulate' wasn't for footballing reasons. He didn't pay himself 6mil bonus because we finished in a European spot each year. Lewis fam had to sell 350mil of thier artwork to raise funds.

DANIEL LEVY AND TOTTENHAM I know many Spurs fans won’t agree with this, but the truth is that Tottenham’s ability to spend significant money in the transfer market today is largely a result of the long-term structure Daniel Levy put in place. The stadium, training ground, sponsorship agreements, NFL partnership, concerts and other commercial ventures have transformed the club’s revenue potential. For years, Levy was criticised for prioritising infrastructure and non-football activities over immediate investment in the squad. Some of that criticism was justified, especially when the team clearly needed greater backing. However, we are now benefiting from those decisions. Tottenham generate far more revenue than before, which gives the club greater financial flexibility and allows the current board to invest heavily in the squad without constantly being restricted by PSR concerns. The major difference now is that the leadership appears more willing to direct a larger share of that revenue towards building a competitive football team. Levy may not have always got the football decisions right, but the financial platform he created is a major reason Spurs are in this position today. Credit should be given where it is due.

@HotspurLane 12th is the same as 17th.. they both don't have EU football now do they. Perhaps he is sensible enough to know Spurs are on the up we're as Newcastle just extended Howe's contract after finishing 12th.

🚨🎙️ A rather rattled Gabby Agbonlahor believes Sandro Tonali and other #THFC signings have only joined the club for money: 🤣 “To leave Newcastle to go to Spurs is a CRAZY decision!” 🤦‍♂️ “He’s gone for the big big bucks!” 🤑 “As a Spurs fan would I want players coming for the money? That seems to be happening.”

@MikeyHotspurs From 1979.. all my mates supported Liverpool, the glory hunters. I watched Glenn Hoddle stroke the ball where he wanted too and I knew Spurs were the team for me. If only I had my Panini sticker book from that 79/80 season now.

All these little Spurs fans trying to rattle #NUFC and #AVFC fans is hilarious. You finished 17th back to back and paid up the £100m we wanted for Tonali and think it's a huge coup. Spurs would love to be in the position that us and Villa are in, earning CL regularly. Clowns -JJ

🚨In the recent Tottenham Hotspur Fan Advisory Board meeting, CEO Vinai Venkatesham provided updates across several areas of the club: • Football and performance are now at the centre of all major club decisions. • Major upgrades are underway at the training ground, including the gym, tactical room & player restaurant. • Significant new investment has been made into the academy to strengthen the talent pipeline. • New Performance Director Dan has reviewed medical & performance operations, leading to major staff changes. • The men’s squad needs rebuilding over multiple transfer windows, not just one. • Spurs want more quality, leadership, youth & experience in the squad. • Player trading must improve, with better wage structure, quicker deals & stronger sales revenue. 🗞️[Via @THSTOfficial] #THFC | #COYS | #TOTTENHAM | #SPURS

🚨 Tottenham captain Cristian Romero is prepared to STAY and lead the club's rebuild despite interest from several Premier League clubs. ⚪️ The Argentine defender has informed Spurs he wants to remain in North London and believes he has unfinished business at the club. Romero is also seeking assurances over the club's long-term project and summer recruitment plans. 👀 Manchester United, Brentford and Crystal Palace are among the clubs monitoring his situation, but Romero's preference is to stay and help drive Spurs back up the table. 🇦🇷 (Source: SportsBoom)

@swspurs The young players saying they want to go are in a catch 22. They been played over the last two seasons because of injury and now they believe they are first team regulars.. two 17th finishes suggest they're not. If they want 1st team football then the club has to sell them.

@bridagul Totally agree Brian. Levy's mantra was 'buy youth and profit', now the club is going through a change we can't keep hold of all this potential talent and expect everyone to remain happy. If a player wants to go then sell them and use that money to buy ones who do want to be here
