BryanISD Ambassadors were at Johnson Elementary today! Our ambassadors partnered up with Junior Achievement of Brazos Valley, and taught financial literacy to 2nd graders. They had a ball! Thank you Johnson Elementary for having us! 💙

Yesterday was the Student Ambassador Spring Collaborative. The students spent the day working and planning spring activities, targeting campus events specifically. We are proud of our Bryan ISD Student Ambassadors and their willingness to learn and lead! @GCarrabineBryan

Michelle and I were saddened to hear about the passing of Dexter Scott King. Dexter was the youngest son of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Coretta Scott King, and dedicated his life to protecting their legacy. As Chairman of The King Center, he inspired a new generation to continue their work for justice and equality. Our thoughts are with his wife Leah and the entire King family.

Special Session 4? Why not just separate the bills that contain the funding for educator salaries, safety, etc from vouchers/ESAs? Why did/does state leadership need the use a "carrot" 🥕 of educator raises and school safety for vouchers/ESAs? Why not separate the bills and let each stand on their own and vote each on it's merits?
