shouldn't have been scrapped since there are a few ways to do this aside from opticus that could count as well (purple frog running away, the cloudies, summons)
would be nice to have back even if i'd have to make it all the way back to chapter 5 on a fifth save file to get it

honestly the details of the card need to be rewritten too.
this card DOES apply to yourself as well, but this is never mentioned at all when looking at what the card does and i think that's most likely the reason everyone doesn't use it; they just assume it's a multiplayer move.
