The ministers discussed the future direction of the Slavkov format (S3), including a possible joint visit to the Western Balkans, as well as coordinating further S3 meetings with partners such as France and India.

The programme also includes bilateral meetings with the foreign ministers of Cyprus and Slovenia, as well as a meeting in the Slavkov format (S3) with Slovakia and Austria.

The main topics of today’s discussions will be the ongoing war in Ukraine and the 20th package of sanctions against Russia, the latest developments in the Middle East, and the situation in the EU’s southern neighbourhood.

Brodský praised the roundtable organized by the Embassy of Indonesia on this topic, which takes place in Prague today and involves the Ministry of Defense and the Defense and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic (AOBP).
