$UNH - Statement from UnitedHealth today... Not really new news but stock sells off anyways

#BenMACD Learn to Fish $SPY - holy moly. @Investandbefree

The Double MACD is both the steak and the wine. A perfect compliment to each other for trading. #DoubleBenMACD benjune.gumroad.com/l/cuqeg

@Investandbefree This was true again today. It’s a good barometer. If you see days like this, skipping the market might be the most profitable thing you do all day.

Something I was discussing with a few friends is that I'm long convinced that the vast majority of retail traders love drama far more than they desire to make money Look how many talk about 'market makers', 'manipulation', 'rug pulls', 'insider trades' or similar excuses....like they are a perpetual victim of some unseen force that they cannot control or win against. I believe that if people are engaging in the drama, it makes them feel like they're engaging in learning trading, without actually having to really do anything themselves. They can also justify their inability to succeed at trading based on that mysterious unseen hand in the market that makes it 'impossible' The reality is that 90%+ of the outcome of any trade is entirely within your direct control If you want proof of that, go back through your journal. How many loss trades were truly a result of some market surprise, and how many were a fuck up of your own making in one way or another? And, if you don't journal your trading to know that answer honestly, but instead focus on drama....well maybe that's the first thing to change if you truly want to succeed.
