Cunningham), it only went to shit because Victor Miller (after its creation) wanted credits for first movie, which created Pamela, and due to her being a big part of the game they weren’t able to get rid of her.

I think it's both a camera thing and the fact that lefties can follow through towards first base.
Righties have to cross their front shoulder back towards first to run the bases so they typically can't hold a pose for as long.
