The Bible wasnt written 70 years after Jesus….that doesnt even make any sense as the Bible has two testaments. The OT was already preserved as a complete set of authoritative scrolls centuries before Christ (300-250BC). And when Jesus came He repeatedly affirmed the OT as authoritative Scripture because it testified about Him. In regards to the NT we have an eyewitness based Resurrection Creed that takes us right back to the cross. Youre repeating a common liberal scholarly timeline that attempts to push the Gospels as late as possible. The closer the dates are to the event the harder it is to dismiss them as legend but the facts dont support that late dating. The synoptic Gospels were completed by 50-55AD approx 20–25 years after the resurrection not 70 years later. And thats being over generous as it doesnt take more than two decades let alone seven to write 16 chapters of Mark, 28 chapters of Matthew and 24 chapters of Luke. Now before a single word of the NT was ever written down we have the early testimony of the Resurrection Creed preserved in 1 Corinthians 15:3-5. Paul wrote this letter to the Corinthian church around 53 AD (20 years after the cross) where he is quoting the earlier well established oral creed that was already being passed around in the Christian communities: 1 Cor 15:3-5: “For I HANDED DOWN to you as of first importance what I also received that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures and that He appeared to Cephas (Peter) then to the twelve.” Thats the Creed!👆 Scholars across the theological spectrum including non Christian historians date the creed to within months or at most 1–3 years after the crucifixion. The Creed uses early Aramaic style phrasing and names like Cephas pointing to the very first Jewish Christian community in Jerusalem. It lists specific eyewitnesses (Peter, the Twelve, James and 500 others) right from the beginning. This wasnt some legend that developed over decades but an impact event meaning its something you dont forget. When you encounter an event as explosive as the resurrection you dont slowly invent stories about a public execution, empty tomb and appearances to skeptics. You go out and boldly testify about it as Christ commanded (Matt 28:16-20). Christianity did not begin with a book; it began with an event….the resurrection! The apostles witnessed the risen Christ, formed the Creed per the Great Commission and then they began to write it down by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The NT writers didnt create the resurrection; the resurrection created the NT writers. Full stop! Paul was already quoting the Creed and meeting with the original disciples in Damascus right after his conversion sharing how Christ had appeared to him (Acts 9). And yes Jesus Himself didnt write a book….no Christian claims that. His apostles and closest followers recorded His life, teachings, death and resurrection while most of the eyewitnesses were still alive. The NT is the most well documented set of writings in the ancient world backed by over 25k manuscripts. Thats an embarrassing amount of evidence that no other ancient writing can touch. As for how many times the Bible has been rewritten is yet another myth indicating ones understanding of how Gods Word came together. The Scriptures werent translated from language to language but were transmitted from the original language. Theres a BIG difference between translation vs transmission. Early sources, eyewitness accounts, embarrassing stories, willingness of witnesses to die for their testimony, fulfilled prophecies, external sources and archaeological findings all confirm that we have accurate copies of the original writings. The earliest Christians werent following a legend 70 years later they were responding to something that happened in history right in front of them.

@divinethree333 Fact is that the bible was written at least 70 years after this jesus was supposed to have lived. You are WRONG. A man called jesus never wrote about himself NEVER. HOW MANY TIMES HAS THE BIBLE BEEN REWRITTEN ❓️❓️
