What happened with @NATO withdrawal from Iraq is not just a “cautious decision.” It is a clear display of leadership weakness at the highest level.
Those who made this decision essentially demonstrated that when risk increases, they are not looking for ways to hold the line — they immediately scale back and pull out. And this is despite the fact that we are not even talking about combat units, but instructors.
The message is as direct as it gets: when things get harder, we don’t adapt — we downsize.
And the problem is not the evacuation itself. The problem is the mindset behind it. This is the logic of people who fear responsibility for potential losses more than they understand the cost of reputational damage on a global scale.
Because in geopolitics, weakness doesn’t need to be proven — it only needs to be shown once.
And now it has been shown.
When the most powerful military alliance in the world starts behaving like a structure that avoids risk at any cost, this is no longer about “protecting personnel.” It is about a loss of strategic confidence.
And the worst part is: this decision is not being interpreted by allies — it is being read by adversaries.
And they will draw a very simple conclusion:
apply more pressure — and they will step back.
This is exactly how future crises are created.

«Цікава» тактика в 2026 році, цитата «яку звикли спостерігати у росіян». Думаю пресслужба даного підрозділу не зрозуміла що це не комплімент.
Втім якщо подивитись кількість втрат підрозділів і порівняти їх з іншими підрозділами СОУ - все стане зрозуміло.
Я скрін в коментарях закріплю, геніального похідного маршу на лбз.

Dozens of dead occupiers lie along the roads on the Dobropillia axis.
This is just one of the routes the enemy uses for assault operations and movement toward the positions of Ukraine’s Defense Forces. They were eliminated in different ways and under different conditions. But armed Russians share the same end — those who come to kill will die.
Since the beginning of the year, in the area of responsibility of the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine, Russian forces have suffered heavy personnel losses: 4,234 killed and 2,238 wounded. Another 27 occupiers have been taken prisoner. Surrender is the only way for Russians to survive.
The video shows the results of combat operations by units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces in the area of responsibility of the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine. The footage was captured by UAVs of the SxLüd unit operating within the Corps.
