@DARE_Kyle2128 The NRC app tracks your distance using the movement of the accelerometer in your device, so we recommend holding the device in either your hand or an armband for best results. (2/2)

@teamnike is there a plan that is similar to a couch to 5k app on your Nike app. Thanks.

@teamnike When I do intervals, is it only keeping track then when I'm running

@DARE_Kyle2128 Calorie and food diaries aren't a feature of the NRC app. Please note that when comparing the NRC app with other running applications you will notice differences in metrics, due to the way the different technologies record the runs. (1/2)

@teamnike Do you guys have a calorie or food diary at all. Also, I've noticed with your app the distance is off considerably. When I use other apps its spot on with my vehicle distance. Is there a way to fix this?

@DARE_Kyle2128 We got you. You can create a 5k Plan by selecting the "Get Ready for Race Day" plan. Following that, you can enter your Activity Level and race date. The NRC app will build a plan specifically for your run level and adapt to you as your move through the plan.

@DARE_Kyle2128 Hey Kyle, you can track additional miles following your intervals by starting a new run and assigning it to your Coach Plan as other. Your Coach plan will adapt accordingly every Sunday based on the distance and pace that you've run. Let us know if you have further questions.
