@MarqWharton I call for pickup/swap of 30 yard containers 3 times a week. Think about that. 10 yards short of a football field worth of garbage. Here's the kicker, the property has a compactor. Shits getting out of hand

@MarqWharton I can't speak on that but I can say the problem seems, SEEMS deeper than city managed trash pickup. Private or public trash management has a serious problem. People are making TOO much trash. I have photos from my site that are horrendous.
