The new trailer for “Supergirl: Slut of Tomorrow” seems more like a commercial for Cymbalta or Prozac than a superhero movie. She’s Depressed. Drunk. Drinking. Hungover. Sad. Hopeless. In despair. Always laying in darkness. Then somebody hurts her dog and suddenly she’s a hero? But only because she gets to kick some male ass? Nope, still not sold on Gunn’s anti-hero superhero trash. Like Superman, this trailer basically has everything needed to tell me it’s NO FUN… …right down to a funeral procession scene.
